The Boney of Hell is baciscly the burnt version of the original Boney, you would have heard it mentioned in the regular Boney boss page. In Doom 3 it is the exact same, just another skin for the skeletal like zombie. It looks like a skinny zombie with thin flesh wrapped around its body, the skin is also singed.

Boney of Hell is a Boss in the Doom 3 pack. This boss is a very dangerous being. It can't hear you, nor can it wander freely (or on sight for that matter). However, if provoked for long enough, it will dash at incredible speeds that even Scout & Demo struggle to outrun. It's pretty persistent, but this extreme chase is what you get for not paying attention. It's not stunnable, but that's because it has an abnormally large kill radius (seriously, it's more than 100 units, it has no reason being so big...). Now, is this all true? No. Definitely not anymore. The Boney of Hell is simply a reskin of Boney now, meaning this guy has been dropped into the V O I D .

Even if the normal Boneys mean nothing, the Boney of Hell is still a large threat. Spy can escape your punishment for being stupid, but Scout & Demo also have a chance to outrun the Boney of Hell. If you want to be reckless and dumb, then play those 2 classes.
